This page is for TEN SUITE NAILS, a private nail suite at 3865 Wilson Blvd, Suite 100, Room 10, Arlington, VA 22203. It covers tensuite.net, our booking and chat sites, texts, email, and advertising we run — including campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, and email when you book, text, email, or create an account
• Visit history, services, and notes you give us
• Messages you send in chat or by text
• A passkey, if you save one on a device so you can sign in without a code
• Device and browser information, pages you open, and how you arrived — including from an ad

Card payments go through Square. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

How we use it

• Book a visit and keep the salon book
• Send a sign-in code, a reminder, or a reply by text or email
• Run the site and fix problems
• Show and measure ads, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google campaigns. Those companies may see that you visited when you come from an ad, or when we use their tools

Who else sees it

We share what we must in order to run the suite:

• Square, for appointments and cards
• The services that send our texts and email
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google when you use their products or click our ads

We do not sell your contact list. Salons by JC only sees what the building needs for the room.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies to keep you signed in on book and chat. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar tools to know if a campaign worked. You can limit that in your browser, and in the ad settings on Facebook, Instagram, or Google.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and customer records as long as we need them to run the salon and our books. Ask us if you want a record updated or removed.

Children

This site and our ads are for adults booking nail services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

• Email or text us to stop promotional messages. If you have a visit on the book, we may still need to reach you about that appointment.
• Ask for a copy of what we have, a correction, or a delete: myle@tensuite.net or (571) 888-2835.
• If you live in Virginia, you can also ask about access, correction, deletion, and opting out of targeted advertising.

If this page changes, we update the date at the top.
