Terms of service

These terms are for TEN SUITE NAILS. They cover tensuite.net, our booking and chat sites, and visits at 3865 Wilson Blvd, Suite 100, Room 10, Arlington, VA 22203. The privacy policy says what we do with your information.

The salon

We are a private nail suite inside Salons by JC — Ballston Gateway. The artists are My-Le Nguyen and Rose Pham. Hours and parking are on the directions page.

The site

The site is here so you can read about the suite and book. Do not scrape it, break it, or use it to send junk. We may change or take down a page.

Ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google are part of how people find us. Clicking a campaign ad is still using this site under these terms.

Booking

Book online or by text. Chat and our online book are for people on the salon book. Use a working mobile number and your name.

Pay at the visit unless we say otherwise. Cards go through Square. New clients get 20% off the first visit when they book online, as offered at checkout.

Cancel or move

Give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move a visit online. Same-day changes: text (571) 888-2835. The online book will not take a late cancel — text the suite.

If you do not show, we may decline a later booking.

The service

We do nails. We are not a medical clinic. Tell us about allergies or anything that should change how we work. We can refuse or stop a service if it is not safe.

Photos and messages

You may send a reference photo for nail art. Do not send photos of other people without their okay. We will not post a photo of you unless you agree.

Be decent in chat and by text. We can close a thread that is abusive.

Our content

The words, photos, and marks on this site belong to TEN SUITE NAILS unless we say otherwise. Do not copy the site to run your own.

If something goes wrong

The website is offered as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect harm from using the site. If a visit went wrong, text or email us first and we will try to make it right.

Virginia law

These terms follow Virginia law. Disputes belong in the courts of Arlington County, Virginia, unless the law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version.
